By accessing or using the services provided by Vorasite ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Vorasite provides web design, development, digital marketing, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement between Vorasite and the client.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems or networks
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Use our services to transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content

All content, designs, code, and materials created by Vorasite remain the intellectual property of Vorasite until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.

Our website content, branding, logos, and proprietary tools remain the exclusive property of Vorasite and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit is required before work commences
• Final payment is due upon project completion and before final delivery
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by applicable law
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project completion
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Ensure they have rights to any content, images, or materials provided to Vorasite
• Pay all fees in accordance with the agreed payment schedule

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vorasite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Vorasite in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or conversion rates resulting from our work, as these depend on numerous factors outside our control.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Vorasite reserves the right to terminate access to its services for any violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
